Fish oil supplements are high in Omega 3. Getting omega 3 is beneficial especially for women who are breastfeeding but some women have experienced that fish oil supplements affect their breastmilk supply. You can switch fish oil supplements to flaxseed oil supplements.


90 percent of the breast milk consists of water, and consuming water is very crucial during nursing, but sometimes women tend to overdo it and it results in reduced milk production it is because the body gets filled up with fluid meaning hunger is suppressed, and the mom ends up not eating enough food.
